I'm confused about evaluations. We lifted the time restrictions for posts and decided on Pass/Fail for grading, but who do we grade and how?

three posts was the requirement, but what do we as a group consider a substantial post?

i think thats a dumb way to evaluate, cuz in my book group we had alot of people that said alot of important things with 1 or 2 posts...
