OLD NAVY CALLED TOO. APPARENTLY I OWE THEM 120$ BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD PUT MONEY ON A CARD THAT I DIDN'T WANT AND WAS TOLD WAS INACTIVE. I AM GOING TO KILL SOMEONE.

Old Navy forced me to take a credit card, then told me it wasn't activated, then charged money to that account that I was told was inactive, didn't tell me, and now they say I owe 120$

I normally don't yell at people BUT THEY TOLD ME IT WASN'T ACTIVE. THEY FUCKING LIED. THOSE ASSHOLES. I CUT UP THE CARD AND THREW IT OUT. I DIDN'T WANT IT. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A "FREE POINTS CARD".

I'm about to call back "customer service". This could get ugly. Normally I understand but this is a ball of horse shit and my last month has been too much. I'm fucking done. I am not going to be bullied.

I paid the original amount and canceled my card. damn fucking straight. take your late fees and gtfo.
