wb!!!!

Was off work and out of town from Friday night until last night XD

HALLO!

Spent the last 5 days being so lazy and useless XD Built a nest with the boy which we occupied pretty consistently

That's a mattress on the floor, with at least 15 pillows and 9 or 10 blankets ahahaha

weather has been shit here and the kids had no daycare.. i pretty much didn't cook, clean, or even bother getting dressed for the past 2 days

Why no daycare Kina? Are they closed because of the weather?

yeah they were. i went CRAZY. i forgot how insane it was to take care of 2 toddlers at home alone without an outlet. BAHHHH. but they're all good today. PHEW.

..though it's almost the weekend which stinks. because weekends aren't weekends for me. they're WORK.

Oh geeeeez that is poo! But like... What would happen if both parents (or a single parent!) HAS to go to work that day regardless of the weather? :\ I guess the same could be said for a snow day...

We grew up with a stay at home mom so I am honest to goodness curious XD Mom was always home when we couldn't go to school!

My brother and I got babysat by Kina's mom growing up. My mom worked part time so generally if something happened she was home anyway. If one of us got really sick or something, mom could sometimes trade her

... shift, or dad would take a leave day if she couldn't.

I needed to find a stay at home mom to dump my kids on lol. If only my mom didn't work haha. Chocolate Chip cookies and Popsicles foreverrr

yeah man, though it isn't like she didn't charge for it lol

Lol well that was her job I guess! I think I'd rather pay a stay at home mom who had kids of her own than a daycare. I'm not sure.
