I probably shouldn't share this around with friends and be like "OMG LOOK AT THIS" 'cuz that's just giving it free publicity that it doesn't deserve

who enforces this kind of mentality, and while I can ignore this part of the internet I can't exactly ignore my sister x_x

it's ridiculous to me that some people think that they can project their preferences of how people should look on everyone and expect everyone to go along with it, but I can never explain this to said people

I've gotten in many arguments with my sister about the way I dress and care for myself, particularly in the subject of shaving legs

no, I will not shave them religiously like you do because I don't care to and I don't care if some guys don't like it. no I will not wear short shorts or skirts or dresses because I prefer pants

or capris if it gets hot enough

no I don't care that short hair is associated with guys, and I'd like to get it cut at some point because I just want to try it out!!

and hair-length does not indicate sexual orientation!!!! nor should you have a specific hairstyle because of your orientation GAAAAHHHHH my sister drives me so crazy sometimes
