so, I had an unplanned calorie binge last night & have one planned for tonight (girls' night out, planned for a week now!). MUST get up and MOVE ALL DAY. Motivation is lacking tho!!! ARGH WHY IS BREAD SO GOOD
suncountry: I probably should've done this. I ended up with sushi for lunch. Rice=more carbs=what am I thinking, but it was light. Will probably do lots of veggies and fruit tomorrow!
