Disappointing, really. I was proud of them for being the one brand that didn't do that.

Yup. New & Neu let me down incredibly, too.

I don't understand why this is a thing? Why make two hairs that are so similar just to sell them separately? And it's a very small change to make, at that.

Almost no work on their part. On anyone's part that sells hair like that.

Someone said the opposite and that it's not just a removed part or whatever but a whole new mesh, which seems weird. Didn't quite understand it
