Why is baking so complicated?

my strawberry shortcakes never look as good.

That first one looks like a strawberry short-ice-cream-cake

make the cake part, get a spring form pan, put a half of cake part on, make some ice cream with strawberries in it, put it in the pan press it in tight

put the other half of the shortcake on top

put in the freezer to bind it

So that's ice cream?

Could do it with whipped too.

Now i want to do it!

But I'm not that good at cooking.
