I ended up going. It's just super funny since it was only 4 years ago I was there as a student, and now I have semi-staff status. Talking to teachers that taught me and all that ;;;;

I also don't look all THAT old, so I'm pretty sure people were like "huh" about seeing me in the staff break room.

Free food is always good.

What have I done with life?

Not that it'd be here at my old high school per se, or anytime immediately in the future... but I wouldn't mind teaching a subject I feel this passionately about in the future.

7 years sounds like a good distance though!

Guess it's good to just stay open to anything as far as opportunities that arise.

Working and assisting the high school drama department makes me think of the movie Yojimbo for some reason, probably since I'm playing the roll of a middle man of sorts.
