most of the issues come from ACTUAL glitches and errors in it, since it's so new

It changes the call flow I'm used to, so I dislike aspects of that. I'm not sure if my reasons are legitimate or if I just dislike change.

Previously we could see all promos available on a sailing, like resident or senior or military rates. and so we could ask the caller their age or residency or if they're military to see if they qualify

But now we have to get that info BEFORE we can see what's available, and it ONLY shows what the guests qualify for

Right now b/c the system is new and glitchy, it sometimes just randomly doesn't show... the rates....... but that's something that'll get fixed.

Having all the qualifiers and info into the system before booking means transitioning from pricing to booking is much smoother BUT

what I dislike is that now it's more difficult to price out multiple things for multiple set ups with one caller

They've also made it so I can't click category > click to the price page OR cabin availability page

Now I have to manually go to the category box and type it in. Twice. And then go to those screens. WHICH doesn't sound like a big deal but it's a hassle

I just feel like even tho they added all this cool stuff they made it really difficult to ACTUALLY NAVIGATE

and like important info like the breakdown of pricing and promos - it's great that we can see that now??

they took out a lot of functional pieces of the system that I used a lot.

I'm sure we'll all adapt and soon I'll be back to zipping around our systems again hehe
