No, no, you can't warp from Morroc anywhere to Prontera now.

You can warp to Comodo from Prontera but it's 1K more and I spend my zeny recklessly so I'm trying not to do tht

in the end I got my ass kicked by a mob of fur seals and had to warp anyway.

(You can't warp from Morroc anywhere because Satan Morroc ruined all senses of geography Morroc had and it's pretty much cut off from the rest of the world not--which is inconvenient if you wanna go to Comodo.)
