Damn it! Why not put yourself to work rather that giving us lots of instructions even though we are already loaded with work? You got yourself some free time, all you did is think and boss around.
You even said it yourself that we should treat each other as equals. Damn it. Since you got lil knowledge about doing these things, so why don't you just freaking help us out? FCK.
This is why I hate people who consider/volunteer themselves as "leaders" who actually is acting like a boss.
