Because in her mind Reno is the most badly hurt = Reno should get it because he needs it most

She will argue with him, and her voice will probably get louder the longer it goes. She will not physically fight him because she knows how that went last time, but she will defend herself if attacked

Enoch might whisper at her to be quiet, and might tell Van to let other people have it, but he's not speaking up at all. And I don't know if he'll actually move at some point.
