So I'm moving to moncton New Brunswick soon. I found 2 houses that might be the ones and I'd love your thoughts! Indie dyers and wanna bees one is right in town and one is 20 minutes away on a great property.

I don't really want a yarn shop per say but the kitchen would be perfect and maybe I could open 1 day a week or something...

But I do love the second one too! But the first one dh could walk to work. I haven't seen them yet but they are solo different I can't choose!!!

I like the kitchen better in the first one for dyeing, but overall I prefer the 2nd

1st one because the 2nd on is on a septic system & well which can add up to additional expenses if repairs are required

I'd say the first one...the natural light seems much better and the kitchen seems brighter in general. Light is key for me when it comes to dyeing.

another thing to consider is the AGE of the two properties...the first one may have old plumbing, electricals, & may not be very energy efficient. The 2nd one is more modern. Just a thought.

Aside from that, I would have a hard time deciding. We are trying to figure out similar things...do we want to be in the center of town where we can walk everywhere or out where we can enjoy nature more?
