I went to my mom's and had a credit at my LYS at her house so I bought a weaving kit for my loom. It is a scarf and the yarn ismtencelmand so incredibly soft.

tencel and...I swear I am putting my fat fingers on a diet

Then I saw that TLE is having a 4th quarter challenge and I had so much fun with Camp Loopy this summer that I decided to do that. Yu have to knit at minimum 250 yds of worsted or bulky yarn

So I have been DYING to try Spud and Chloe Outer and bought 7 skeins in Giggle last night

Which is a pattern I had never seen before and instantly fell in love with and THOUGHT I owned the book but alas, I own French Girl Knits ACCESSORIES and not French Girl KNITS so I bought the book on my Kindle.

Then at 4:30 this morning when I couldn't sleep and was distraught over two news stories about heinous acts against animals I bought this:

i think you have made perfectly reasonable purchases -- not at all out of line!

Because I have loved knittinwolf and that little Fuji forEVER and I am heartbroken that she is sick.

And I bought the KnitSwirl book because I am in love with this shade of Taiyo

And I am trying to justify the small fortune it would take to own a sweater's worth of that.

Clearly, I need to step away from the computer.

And perhaps LYS that I love

And THEN I bought the Interweave Holiday Knits and fell in love with the Albatross Cowl and no good picture exists of it. On the upside,

I may have yarn in my stash for it.
