I will try my best to Plurk again. I kind of missed it here.

the "privacy" function of twitter is just so lackluster. too polar; either totally public, or totally private. and the latter is actually... private to ALL friends.

plurk's, on the other hand, is very well thought out. how it should be. apart from the general public and private account settings, you can indicate specific people, on a per-post basis.
