I hate looking at recipes. They make me instantly hungry and angry that I don't have that particular food as part of my immediate digestive process.

This is also reason #1 in why I dislike cooking, and why I CANNOT STAND participating in most baking activities.
The less time it takes in meal preparation, the more I enjoy doing it.
At the same time, I wanna do well to eat healthier, more nutritious, more complete diets and save money.
So like... I am trying to look at quick-fix recipes to know what I could make cheaply, that includes some things which will balance my wellness, and
They are making me as hungry and angry as cooking does...
Why can't I just look at food without my body yearning for it uncomfortably?
I need help making meal plans ;-;
I need to compile a list of ingredients, then have someone else find recipes for them...
Then I could buy the stuff, and when I am home with the ingredients, I can reveal the recipe to myself
And then make it quickly!
