大家好像都注意Ellsbury的Free agency,但其實我比較在乎Salty，he has been a very solid catcher with decent offense number, and manages the pitching staff very well this season. he should get some credits for 2013 pitching success.

As we have no obvious backup plan (lavarnway has yet to prove he can hit in the major nor managing a major league pitching staff) other catchers in the minor are not major league ready.
