haha! I downloaded a bunch of camera apps until I found some I really liked. This was taken with one called "Camera+" it lets you have two touch points, one for focus and one for exposure.

Plus it has some amazing post-pic adjusters so you can tweak. Snapseed is another great one for adjusting, it lets you alter brightness, saturation, sharpness, etc. on either all the pic or just a fixed point
