it's a non-contagious auto-immune disorder and it's not even flakey right now, it's just kind of patchy red spots on my scalp.

so this guy comes in and grabs a couple boxes of condoms and is like "oh, wow, you should use some cocoa butter or something on your head if you get razorburn that bad"

and I was like "oh, no no it's just an auto-immune thing, it's kind of why I shaved my head in the first place" because y'know, whatever, people ask me about it sometimes, I don't actually care.

if your psoriasis specifically is bad enough/doesn't respond to topical treatment, one of the other medications you can have prescribed is injected immunosuppressants
