When I called the HP support for solution, the Indian guy over the phone first asked my credit card number?!.... so I decided to troubleshoot myself ( Treat the dead horse as if it is alive, ha, ha ) .
. I google a take-your-HP G64-apart video from YouTube and proceed the operation since I don't have much teaching to do this week.
If it is not working after replacing the CPU, then I am going to get a reliable desktop; it is not economical trying to fix an old laptop.
My older son came home and said that I turn the dead laptop into "broken" one.
( Can not alter the language setting of other people's pc, so please translate my Chinese expression from English)
