Bart's mom isn't dead. Just, you know, his dad. And he can't go back to the future or his grandfather will kill them all. But she's still not dead.

praying to god it just gets mentioned in passing but it looks like he's investigating stuff that he thinks might be related to his mom's murder so probably not....

I haven't read anything about other heroes yet but supposedly Flash showing up is supposed to open the doors for more so we'll see!

i always try watching and then I stop in the middle of the season for no apparent reason and never watch it again....until YEARS LATER

If a Flash show comes about, I shall wait til season 2 or 3, when they will obviously add Bart for a ratings boost.

I know Marvel tried and failed at GenX

But DC has always done pretty good with it's DC stuff, and I really feel they could make it now, especially since they've shown so many of the kids/sidekicks in YJ.
