She's been on my mind all day.
Took a woman's photo this morning who was proudly wearing her pink head scarf & close fitting rash guard that said:
"Cancer may have taken them both but it didn't take me!" Her whole family was with her.
Oh shit, it's today?! Wow.
Her husband Steve posted that the surgery went well but the lymph nodes tested positive for cancer, which they expected. Next steps:
Recovery, chemo, & reconstruction. They also have a little boy, I think he's 9.
Dang, will definitely be praying for her and her family!!
