It's really just common sense eating. Also try to eat foods with less than 5% sodium, that will help lower your BP; avoid red meat, it's high in cholesterol, and look for low fat foods.

I also need to get back with paying attention to these things. I lost 80 lbs 2 years ago and went off lots of my meds. But I have gained 20 back. Just started paying attention again. We can be in this together
