sobrang inaantok ako. nakakaantok sa coffee shop na to

hahahahaha...ako antok na antok kanina..narco attack..ngayon ok na ulit..hehe

hheheheh shet kan, wala pa namang matindi tinding atake ng narco lately?

hmmnn...wala pa..actually the last time when i was jogging nga..pero that was last year. lately, i dont have serious attack naman.

but lately, i noticed na medyo bumabalik na naman sha...and i realized mark, its really psychological din in a way.

cuz everytime am depressed, dun ako nagkakaroon ng narco attack and i can just sleep all day. serious.

so that must be it. i think you'd figurd it out. i know tis might sound stupid, but try to stay occupied and happy most of the time
