I was thinking it might be neat if every once in a while the dreams took place in the same setting. Some sort of temple or something, maybe. Then we would have the option to add a sort of creepy recurring

factor to long CR. Sex dreams are one thing, seeing the same person multiple times could be a fluke, but once you're seeing the same person in the same place over and over it gets kinda weird, I think.
