Plurk is mainly used for RP networking, as it can be a lot more open than AIM. People can also discuss their social lives at times, it depends on the individual's tastes. (much like journal content, really) and

anything that strikes their interest, or fandom things.

Much like Tumblr, really, only most of these are character oriented. You'll see those floating around soon enough, basic questions and themes to ask questions about.

like recently on my plurk we had a 'character voice' meme where you describe your character's voices and their VAs and how they'd sound in a thread.
