another pro tip - avoid apples and raw onions too. Those have done me in a couple of times.

I had mine out years ago. They will 'forget' to tell you that they pump your body with air so that the organs move about. The next day it will start to rise and you will feel like you are having a heart attack.

You are not! Just get up (it sucks) and walk around.

Walk about 5-10 min every hour or until it stops hurting, go slow and don't hurt yourself!

I've had a few laparoscopy surgeries. That gas sucks! I usually force myself to lay on my stomach for a bit and it forces it out.

Tooooot! Good, I'm glad you know about it. No one told me (or a few family and friends who had it out). I'll tell people to try the laying down thing, too!
