I am trying to ween myself off of SCORCHING HOT SHOWERS so I can save money and apparently they're better for you health-wise too?

There's no steam so there's no condensation on the mirrors, windows, and tiles, then there's no need to keep the fan on either

I started with warm-ish water and gradually tried getting used to colder and colder ( not TOO cold though)

Hmm, that's interesting.

Mold thrives in humidity, too. So if you take away the humidity made by the steam.. less mold!

Yeah!! I think it's having a positive affect on my skin so I'm crossin my fingers!!
