Regrate that I didn't take book conservation classes in grad school and don't know how to deal with water (juice) damages on books.

place a paper towel in between each page that got wet. than close the book, place a heavy item on top of the book so the paper towel can absorb the liquid. do not blow dry the pages, it will make the pages

become crisp later when dried.
