I hope i can do better at job. i start to learn English every night form 22:00 to 22:30. Someone told me to practice a diary everyday. I hope that by the end of this year. The TOEIC test scores of 650 points.

And actually, u can both use "at/by the end of the year." "In the end,..." is usually used as phrases.
