I'm not sure if Loki's got the highest body count in the game, but he's definitely in the top five. He tried to destroy an entire realm and in doing so clearly killed millions.

After that he went to war on Earth and he and his army killed thousands more.

And along with all this he's almost 1300 years old and he's spent his life in a warrior society killing everything for fun.

....Yeah, his body count is really, really high.

Let's see, Po has killed probably dozens of people, all in the name of good and in a world full of murder. He's not bloodthirsty, but he's definitely deadly.

Remus has killed before, but only in wizarding war. Probably under 10 people. Probably under 5.

And Soubi has killed a few dozen people on the orders of his Sacrifice, mostly kids.
