starting a ""Brand"" with a friend. he is being an artificial idiot about our brand identity and its making me want to scream

mom has to get surgery

she went for a colonoscopy and there was a cancerous polyp

so they want to do surgery to remove where it was connected

my mom took a medical leave from work, both for doctors visits, and for her mental health because she is (understandably) stressed and scared

her job is being shitty about her leave, asking her to come in certain days, threatening to fire her if she takes too long

and my mom (understandably) does not want to go back to that job. but lmfao my step dad was like "u know u have to go back right"

and its like. no. no she doesnt if they are treating her medical leave that way

so then my step dad manipulated my little sister into being mad at my mom for not wnating to go back to her shitty job

my sister was saving up on her own to go to miami with her friends. my parents were going to give her a bit extra but my step dad was like

"if mom doesnt go back to work, you cant go to miami sorry!!"

long story short, my mom is doing whatever the fuck she wants

she doesnt even care about what my sis and step dad are saying and fucking GOOD ON HER i love my mom im so proud

i just feel terrible that she is surrounded by people that dont support her mental health, and dont support her decision especially during this whole cancer thing

she will be staying with my grand parents while she recoups though, which is comforting

getting mroe serious about moving, which i kind of have to be lmfao since its so close to crunch time
