Been chatting to this girl who's a sweetheart on Tumblr recently; thing is, she's 17 and still veeeeery much in the mindset I was in that sort of age. Which is not a good thing.

Like, at all.

I don't know why, I don't know her that well... but she's extremely clingy and seems like she's crushing on me, which'd be fine had we not been chatting for all of a couple of days.

She's the kind of person who doesn't tell you when something's happened and it's upset her, she backs off, and then 20 minutes later I'll get a message from her friend saying something along the lines of

"Just got a call/text/etc from her, what happened?"

... which honestly is quite frustrating when it happens for someone you've just met

Even if I do empathise 100%

But she is a nice girl so I feel like a rock in a hard place in a huge way and it just hurts my heart
