From the day Hana is born, I just feel she is high demand baby...almost 8 months old...she is still getting up 2-3 times per night...and sometimes, she would cry or scream during the night...she was actually
a good sleep when she was younger...now, my husband and i just dream when we can have at least a bit rest at night?? At also, during the day time, she likes to scream too? Is it normal? I know she needs a lot
of attention, and like we constantly hold her..but we cannot...how do i do with her?
sometimes, i am really tired of taking care of her..
If Hana starts crawling, the article below may explain why she still wakes up often in the night
Does Hana like it when you wear her in the (Ombaba) sling?
If so, perhaps you can wear her often on the weekend, and you still have spare hands to do things around the house.
This is what I do with my son when he is clingy.
hey...very interesting article..yes, HANA started Carwling when she was 6.5 month old..by now..she crawls pretty well...actually, she has already pulled herself up now...she is definately very active baby..
yeah..i would try to wear the sling more with her...see if it helps..these past two nights..she slept not bad at all...only woke up for formula twice ( which is her pattern anyway) ..at least, no more screaming
but one more challenge developed...she hates diaper change now...she would immediately turn around once i put her on the changing table..how other mothers deal with this kind of situation?
i would say...she doesn't want to be fixed on the changing table..so when i turn her back towards me...she is always screaming...and it is like a battle to get her diaper changed
I always give my son something he can play with. It has to be light and small so he will keep lying down for a while. It doesn't have to be toys. Sometimes I even give him a stereo remote controller.
Prepare with several at one time because she might just throw them away.
But sometimes even this doesn't work. You just have to keep trying, even by changing the location to bed or floor.
I've also been doing what Fangying does with her son-giving him something small (and new to him) and light to hold.
thanks...very prep small light things then...ha..SHE IS JUST VERY ACTIVE!
