Dude came out to look at our Intarwebz. Called me "ma'am". I know why this happens, but I can't do anything about it. Sometimes I think I'd rather be trans than genderqueer. 
I'm not saying I think it's really any better for trans people, but that I think it would be easier for me to say, "It's sir, thank you" if I were trans. Instead, I'd rather people just not use those words with
me. But I know it's a deeply cultural thing to say "Mr", "Mrs.", "ma'am", "sir".
I wish my own personal lines weren't so fuzzy and completely blurred out in places. Even if they would look at me with horror, I wish I had a line to draw.
