Watching the news earlier, they made a point to say, "Do not share any information on the Internet", because apparently these guys were being kept up to date via Twitter.

Assuming they have a smartphone on them (which, if they were on Twitter, they most likely did), how do you know they weren't watching the news on their phone?

I mean, news sites were being updated, so while I'm sure not tweeting about it helped, there were other ways for these guys to find info.

On another note: apparently the way we make announcements today is via Twitter? Both the police AND the mayor made the announcement that the suspect was caught that way. Feels a little weird to me idk.
