I've been reading about happify.com , and I'm going to try it out. It has little things to explain the science of it to you, and it's supposed to be activities that stimulate the parts of the brain that -

It's, like, 5 or 10 minutes a day. Also, it asks you some questions when you sign up and then suggests a track for your particular issues. I got a reducing stress track.
