wednesday my boy and his friend drove out from edmonton to vancouver, and i had feels cuz it's been two months and i'm needy.

had some drama on the thursday with an inspection at the border and the hotel misplacing kristi's package,

but we got checked in and registered at the con and had dinner at the cheesecake factory and it was a good start to the con.

NERDS EVERYWHERE~

friday dawned, i was decked out as lolita!chrome, kerry was pegasus from yu-gi-oh!, and he got a lot of photos taken/fangirls/fanboys.

the dealer's hall kicked ass and i totally got some fifth-gen pokemon gym badge pins

we changed into our black butler cosplays for the masquerade, kerry as sebastian and i had my new madame red ball-gown.

we looked amazing~ kerry was not impressed with the music but i had a wonderful time dancing with my boy~

saturday we were in our black butler cosplays again, but my feet were killing me by mid-afternoon and i had to go back to the hotel for some downtime.

i felt better by dinnertime, we went out with a bunch of kristi and kerry's friends for seafood, and kerry and i went to the dance for a bit but the music sucked (again).

sunday was the big day, i debuted my Tifa cosplay, with kerry as Sephiroth and his friend kathryn as Cloud.

we basically went to the room before the dealer's hall and a million people took our photographs. it was awesome~

i was really happy to meet a lot of the people that kristi and kerry know from cons, they are very cool and fun people~

things started to wind down, i hit up the dealer's room one more time to get manga, then it was a long drive and wait at the border and back home~

Kristi and Kerry left early yesterday morning and i was sad, but they got home safe and i've been trying to keep myself busy~

now to get ready for CCEE!!!

and oh my god we also met little kuriboh on sunday and he took our photo and he said he was a Tifa fan and i was fangirling so hard you gaiz~~~
