aww /hugs

Had a ham, tomato and egg quiche which was left over from the day before about lunchtime yesterday and I've been feeling nauseous, gassy, tummy cramps etc ever since so I presume that's what did me in.

it's a bit better today, but still ugggh. Only tea and water so far. I don't have any crackers and even toast doesn't sound appetising right now.
