happens to be headed right towards that trap, having decided to walk around and get to know the town while Eliza was working.
set up a thin line that'll activate a small trap, hidden by a bold sign written 'New pieces! Half the price, double the quality!'
notices the sign, stepping over to investigate... maybe he could get himself upgraded to be better for miss Eliza! He doesn't realize there's a trip wire until he's set it off, feelign something brush
grins once the line tugs a small fishnet that falls on the robot, almost instantly, jumping from his spot to inspect the machine. "Woah, you're a new one!"
startles as he's quite suddely wrapped in a net, getting even more tangled as he tried to pull it off and blinking up at the voice. "W-what? What is this??" he asks, still trying to escape.
hums, circling him. "I'm lucky~ Tell me, where do I turn you off?" he hums, nudging him over the net, tapping his arms. "I sure can sell your parts and buy even a car!"
stops his struggling at last, wide eyed and shifting to watch the man circling him. "I am not for sale!" he protests, side stepping away from the other's hands.
shakes his head. "Nonsense, you androids are just things!" he hums, smiling softly as he begins to tap around the other's sides. "Can you be kind enough to tell me where to turn you off, honeybee?"
glad to have gained some sense of self preservation, backing away as the strangely adorable man started to prod at him. "I don't turn off, I'm built for turning on," he answers, though there's no hint
of playfulness in his face at the joke.
doesn't get the joke, just blinking and pausing for a moment. "Well, I don't care what you do, but boy, where is that button!" He huffs tiredly, tapping around the android's face.
looks a bit panicked as the man's hands got closer to the panel at the back of his neck."S-stop it!" he replies, stumbling away and breaking out into an awkward run, the net mostly having caught his upper body.
whines. "Wait, no!" he runs after him, trying to grasp at the net. Aww, there goes his money!
tries to glance behind himself while running when he hears the man so close still, but ends up missing the curb in his distraction and tripping, landing hard.
winces. "Ah, don't dont!" he hushes and removes the net from him, softly trailing a hand up his back. "No buttons here..." Tino complains, reaching over to his neck. "Perhaps I can sell just your legs, hm?"
a scrape up the side of his face and down his arm now, his left shoulder joint pressed in and malfunctioning since he couldn't cushion his own fall. He blinks in surprise as the blonde starts to
free him though, almost relaxing until he feels the hand on him again. "I am not for sale," he protests again, freezing up a little as Tino's hand hovers over the hidden control panel. "S-stop it," he says,
shoving the hand away and trying to scramble to his feet again before the young man could figure out why he had frozen up.
very disappointed for the loss, that always meant less money. "Oh, hush, no one will miss you!" he waves a hand with a small smile, narrowing his eyes at the move. "Oh, so the panel is on your neck?"_
inquires, reaching over to check it again. "C'mon, whatever is your name, don't be mean! I really need to buy my bread."
can feel the words hit his chest like a knife, having already been thrown to the garbage before and having that bit of insecurity seep into his circuits. "N-no, stop, I have a home...!" he protests, though he
freezes as fingers find the correct spot on the back of his neck, a flicker of energy flashing in his eyes before his system shuts down.
hums. "Turned off!" he picks the man up with heavy difficulty, taking him to an abandoned building where he dissassembles the robots. He leaves the android at the table, and goes to find his tools.
really just dead weight in his hands now, unable to protest further. His only hope would be that the man would realize a newer build like him would make more money sold as a whole than as parts.
((should i have someone come save francis lol ))
((yeah, it'd be a good idea!))
returns just in other to catch the intruder. "Oy!" he hisses. "That's mine! Thief!" he quickly throws the hammer in his hand at the droid,
((haha ended on a comma, wanted to double check))
makes a soft whirring sound as Alfred manages to hit the power button, but it would be a couple minutes for him to fully bot up and rememebr the situation.
curses at that. "Yeah, but hands off him!" he hisses, looking around for his gun as he picks up a crowbar from the floor. "If you want him, buy it!"
finally blinks, focusing on the scene... and deciding staying still was the best option at the moment. There was danger in the air.
shakes his head. "You androids are all the same! And then humans don't buy it when we say there'll be an uprising!" he yells moving enough to grab a bottle of corrosive liquid nearby, opening it and splashing_
's eyes widen at Alfred's threat and he scrambles to get down off the table and out of the line of fire. In doing so though he manages to get splash on the leg as well, before getting to the other side of the
worktable. ((if you want me to change anything just tell me))
smiles. "Well, there's nothing of much value to burn." he giggles, then curls to dodge the missiles, noticing he isn't quite trying. Still, he manages to move out of the way, grabbing a crowbar from the ground.
"Oh, beat it! What do you even want, you goddamn piece of trash!" he whines.
ducks down behind the table to hide from the fight, trying to shoo the liquid off his skin with little success and trying unsuccessfully not to make a sound of pain as it corrodes his skin.
groans. "That's mine to take! You don't have to feed anyone, or worry about your health, beat it." he yells. "Leave the money for us humans, who deserve it!"
wasn't built for fighting, in his defense! He would leave that up to them.
swings his crowbar. "No you won't..." he hisses, then jumps over the table and goes to hit him, not giving up on the fight.
whines and curls on the floor, dropping the weapon with a loud cry.
gasps as he's hoisted up, clinging to Alfred in surprise. "We're running? I can do that, let's run," he mumbles in a rush, trying to not cause Alfred to topple over with the added weight. He yelps and covers
his ears with the gunshot though, timidly glancing back at the theif. "A-Alfred, you can't just shoot people!" he scolds, apparently having a misplaced sense of the law.
glares pointedly at them, but first he needed to get help. He rips his shirt, frowning, but wraps the tissue around his thigh and curls up in a corner to hide.
