will you be doing the tradition 4 dpns, or 2 circs?

Jamie Jean...I have both so I can try each technique.

I love socks - especially with yarns that pattern on their own! Easy-peasy! I use 5 dbl pt needles.

Except I have one pair that have been on needles for a year +. Well, one is done, the other is 1/2 done. Lace pattern. Ugh.

If you have 4, you have enough. It's just that "sock" dbl pts, the short ones, come in sets of 5. They are easier to work with.

oh man...that is something I need to remember for next time

Well, the shorter ones have a down side too. It's easier to drop stitches off of them when putting it away, taking it out.

I'm trying the 2 circular needle technique first...so far so good

Let me know how that works for you. I've never tried it.
