here is a 5 step plan to get better, at least it works for me.

(1) take a warm shower and soak my feet in hot water to relax.

(2) go to bed and get at least 7 hours of sleep

Irrespective of how I feel or think, just drop it for the duration of my sleep. Since I am no good in dealing with it, when I have to deal with fatigue at the same time.

(3) wake up, think positive and go for a 30 minute jog or 30 minute Yoga and/or Pilates (combination of it) or Close my eyes for 30 Minutes,inhaling for 5 counts and exhaling for 5 counts.

Listen to my breathing and think of nothing, just focus on my inhaling and exhaling, counting 1 to 5 for inhaling and 6 to 10 for exhaling, and repeat.
