maybe a little snack once a day (or two days) say, a granola bar, it will keep your body used to it so you don't gain like mad if you decide to have McD's let's say.
I've Been exercising 45 minutes every morning, 25 minutes of aerobics and 20 minutes of strength and not even 1 pound lost. I've been eating healthy and denying take out when everyone else has it.
