eat proper and exercise (3 meals a day) dont EVER starve you self because once you start eating again ull gain it back x more you had before

healthy balanced meals is the best thing you can do, but don't cut junk food completely.

maybe a little snack once a day (or two days) say, a granola bar, it will keep your body used to it so you don't gain like mad if you decide to have McD's let's say.

and excercise, 30 minutes of walking can do wonders.

and healthy snacking... like veggies or granola bars, yogurts and fruite and stuff :-P

I've Been exercising 45 minutes every morning, 25 minutes of aerobics and 20 minutes of strength and not even 1 pound lost. I've been eating healthy and denying take out when everyone else has it.

How long does it usually take for results to show? It's already been a good 2 and a half weeks.
