Prayers, Zina.

Neither place we looked at works well enough for us. The place across town is a house with fenced in yard but the drive to school and work would be stressful.

The place close to us is a lot more expensive. I did our budget and we would end up with +$0.87 at and of month.

Both places have living spaces that are less sq ft than what we have now but we have more kids! We are going to have to cram them in. No storage space at apt. Lots at the house.

House has smaller bedrooms. But full size washer dryer. I have to create a pro con list.

The place across town is $600/month cheaper. But gas would be more.

Stress of commute would be more with the house. Maintenance of property would be more.

The apartment is just around corner from where we live. We are currently walking distance from school. Apt is even closer.
