i hate that i can't stand the thought of me ex going out and meeting new guys

i absolutely hate myself for feeling that way

i don't own her

i don't have any say in what she can and cannot do

but it physically pains me, to the point of nausea and wanting to cry and wanting to not get out of bed in the morning

the fact that she's happy because she's so busy with her internship

and that now that she's single every guy who has ever wanted her is coming out of the woodwork

it's literally the most neurotic, chauvinistic, dumbest emotion i've ever felt

and i hate it
