Well "Open" is a relative term apparently. You have to request to join but being "Open" I guess means anyone can stumble upon the page, see the contents, but can't post or "LIKE" until you get accepted.

That's ok. Seemed kinda pretentious like they want it to look like a page open to anyone but were hand-picking who could actually join.
