you want to bitch, bitch at the unions, local, state and federal gov for waisting millions of dollars.

The amount of money wasted and or lost could have rebuilt the whole freaking area with new homes.

nothing to do with funding...my bitch is they want people tp pay more to fix them up when the money was and is there.....

but the monies have been wasted and lost but they wont complain about that, only that people should help nore.

I bitching cause it is the same story repeated over and over...no one challenges the unions for collecting double pay or the millions suddenly misplaced or the etc etc etc.

if the people would start demanding accountability then maybe people wouldn't mind helping more.....but no, they rather sit there and complain about their situation and expect the people to simply keep paying.
