as for fevers you really have to wait for those to break and if they don't in a day you need to go to the hospital

i'm taking dayquill, tylenol, and some walgreens brand allergy medicine

Yeah you can take pills to lower them but you do need to be careful

ibuprofen at four hours and then tylenol at the next four hours and so on like that seems to work best

seconding the salt water, though careful not to swallow any as it's disgusting and makes one throw up. also: hot water with half a lemon squeezed into it + honey.

also, cold wet towels wrapped around your calves, at least my mum did that when i was younger, i assume she knows what she's doing
