reaches over to steal a chocolate, humming in surprise. 'They're good.'

laughs at that, nodding in agreement. "Arthur actually picked something good out this year," he hums pleasantly.

presses a kiss to the top of his head, arms going around his neck. 'He tries.'

chuckles softly, setting the chocolates aside in favour of wrapping his arms around Gregory and pulling him close. "I suppose so."

pecks his lips, 'It's his way of apologising.'

hums and kisses him back. "Well, it's a nice gesture at least. I hope he liked the teapot I sent him in return," he hums, curling against him.

shifts to let the nation curl against him more comfortably. 'He'll love it. It's to do with tea.'

laughs as he does exactly that, nodding as he settled in. "I figured as much, can't go wrong with it."

Reaches over to settle Francis' chocolates on his lap so that the man can pick at them. He plays with his hair, 'Not that he deserves it.'

thanks him, popping another into his mouth. "No,not really. But I make sure to spread joy to everyone on holidays like this, whether I have to sign the gifts anonymously or not," he chuckles.

hums, leaning into the touch. "Arthur, for one. I think he likely knows it's me anyways, though. Gabriel sometimes... really it depends on the year," he shrugs. "Though I might go bug people anyways even

hums, 'Why Portugal?'

shrugs. "Well this year... he wasn't exactly please with me the last time I visited his house," he laughed, remembering how they had managed to share a civil moment regardless.

laughs, unable to deny that. "And yet somehow I wasn't on the naughty list~" he boasts.

snorts, 'I think it's rigged.'

grins, nodding. "I'm not complaining," he laughs.

smiles at him. "My my, were you on the naughty list this year~?"

Hums, 'What did you get?' He would decide by comparing the two.

chuckles. "A silly shirt that said 'London is overrated' or something like that, and a really nice navy blue jacket," he hums.

Replies, 'I got a kit on how to be Irish and a Nessie scarf and hat set.'

hums softly. "Sounds cute," he laughs.

Replies, 'Exactly.'

chuckles softly, shrugging. "Ah well..."

Pushes his hair back from his face, leaning in to kiss his jaw. 'You should probably come meet Ma, you know.'

hums, tilting his head for the kiss. He looks a little confused at that. "Ma?" he asks.

Nods, 'She practically brought me up. Someone had to.'

curious now, looking up at him. "Hmm, how come I've yet to meet her then?"

Ponders that, 'She's rather elusive... Not many people have met her.'

hums softly. "Well, I would quite like to meet her then.."

Smiles, 'I'll organise a weekend away for the both of us then.'

nods, running gentle fingers idly across Gregory's stomach just to touch, smiling back at him. "Sounds excellent, I can't wait."
