PAP keep saying it's a good thing that our flat prices are high, cuz they're worth more. So, I say, show our support for PAP! We sell ALL our flats, get the money, and live in the streets!

That's how this "reality distortion" works mah. Tells u your flats are worth a lot so you keep on holding on to that leased pigeon hole... if everyone sells and no one wants it, the prices will plummet.

Flat prices plummeting is just an incidental effect. The actual problem will be that suddenly the country will be full of homeless people and the govt will have its hands full trying to fix this crisis
